The objective of the cabinet has always been to go beyond simply scanning plans by creating actual databases to manage buildings and networks by associating with each of them an information sheet for sorting and multi-criteria searches.

Cabinet has designed software that has been tested at the completion of six worksheets to Mont Saint Aignan, SIAAR delivered in 1989 to create a database for managing of sewerage and storm valve.

For mixed-economy companies, including Rouen Seine Aménagement (formerly CARS), the Cabinet is responsible for all excavation work for ZAC'S VILLAGE OF THE MONT SAINT AIGNAN VATINE in and CAZ Madrillet in SAINT ETIENNE DU ROUVRAY.

The municipal association for economic development Rouen-Ouest (Sidero) has also entrusted the patchy areas of activities "Gates of the West" to the firm (division proposal, Registration Division, Markers, sales plan, general plan areas).
